Ultimately, there are laws and protections in place for English bluebells and wildlife (particularly during the nesting and breeding season) that need to be followed be it on public or private land.

As members of the public, we are encouraged not to trample on the bluebells because of the long-lasting damage it will cause yet you can see contractors have used a long stretch of the blueblue area as an access point for their heavy vehicles.
