Sunday 29 May
3.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Making Max’s Miracle Charity Fair at Tongham Recreation & Community Centre, Tongham.

Bank Holiday Monday, 30 May
10am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Surrey County Show at Stoke Park and joins the President of the Surrey County Agricultural Society for lunch at midday.

Wednesday 1 June
11.10am The Mayor attends the Installation of Professor G Q Max Lu as President & Vice-Chancellor of the University of Surrey at the James Clark Maxwell Building, in the presence of High Royal Highness The Duke of Kent, Chancellor.

Thursday 2 June
6.15pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Castle Green Bowls Club’s Queen’s 90th Birthday Evening at the Castle Green Bowls Club, Guildford.

Friday 3 June
1.50pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the unveiling of a plaque and commemorative bench in honour of Major Keith Crossman at the Sutherland Memorial Park, Burpham.

Saturday 4 June
12.20pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, officially launches Guildford In Bloom 2016, followed by a Picnic in the Castle Grounds, Guildford.

7.15pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Opera Foundry Concert at St Mary’s Church, Quarry Street, Guildford.

Sunday 5 June
10.30am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a Civic Service at St Bartholomew’s Church, Horley; by invitation of the Mayor of Reigate & Banstead, Councillor David Powell.

12.45pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Woking Gymnastics Club’s Annual Club Festival at Guildford Spectrum, Parkway.

Monday 6 June
12pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a Civic Luncheon at County Hall, Kingston-upon-Thames; by invitation of the Chairman of Surrey County Council, Mrs Sally Marks.

Tuesday 7 June
6.45pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Conference at G Live, Guildford.

Thursday 9 June
5.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the DAiSYfest Reception and Performance at G Live, Guildford.

Saturday 11 June
11am The Mayor attends a photocall at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford, for the Holy Trinity & St Mary’s PCC Charity Refreshments Fair.

2pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Send Parish Council’s Queen’s 90th Cream Tea at Send Recreation Ground.

7.30pm The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Nigel Manning, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Councillor Marsha Moseley, attends the Friary Guildford Band Joint Concert at Camberley Theatre, Camberley.

Sunday 12 June
10am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends a Civic Services to commemorate the 90th Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

3pm The Mayor and Mayoress join the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a County Services to commemorate the 90th Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen at Guildford Cathedral.

Monday 13 June
6.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends a Reception and Private Viewing of ‘Close Up Personal: Victorians and their Photographs’ at Watts Gallery, Compton.
