In response to: GBC’s Plan For a Thriving Guildford ‘Is Our Promise to Residents’ Says Council Leader

I really hope the borough council gets it act together and gets things moving for tenants of its council properties.

I live in Friary House in Guildford and we have filthy stairwells, ripped carpets, weeds and discarded rubbish.

We also had fire doors fitted and they never finished the work!

It’s a shame. It’s almost like we have been abandoned by the council and they just want our rent and council tax.
