18:30 The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Marsha Moseley, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, attends the In Harmony Free Choirs Biennial Festival Service at Guildford Cathedral.

19:00 The Mayor, Councillor Richard Billington, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Lynda Billington, attends the Prostate Project’s Charity Jazz Night at Puttenham Golf Club, Puttenham

Sunday 13 October

07:30  The Mayor officially starts the AAT Events 10k Race at the Guildhall, High Street, Guildford.

Monday 14 October

10:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Guildford Walkfest ‘Thank You’ Reception in the Council Chamber at Guildford Borough Council.

19:00  The Mayor hosts a Charity Night at The Shahin Tandoori Restaurant, Woodbridge Hill, Guildford; in aid of his chosen charities, The Prostate Project, Royal Surrey County Hospital Charity and the Mayor of Guildford’s Local Distress Fund.

Tuesday 15 October

12:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Guildford Borough Council’s Mental Health Event & Flashpoint Play at Mill Studios & Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Millbrook, Guildford.

19:15  The Mayor and Mayoress attend Guildford Shakespeare Company’s Press Night of their production of ‘All’s Well That Ends Well’ at St Nicolas’ Church, Guildford.

Wednesday 16 October

12:00  The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, attends the Sight for Surrey 12 hour Signathon at G Live, Guildford

17:30   The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the University of Surrey’s Adam Sweeting Lecture ‘Science as Revolution’ by Sir Paul Nurse, followed by Dinner; in the presence of His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent.
Friday 18 October

10:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the ATC Pirbright Pass Over Parade at Alexandra Barracks, Pirbright.

14:00  The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, attends the St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School Concert.

18:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Probus Club of Guildford’s 50th Anniversary Formal Dinner at the Holiday Inn, Guildford.
Sunday 20 October

09:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, officially starts this year’s Kelly’s Storage Cross Country Run at Loseley Park, Loseley.

15:00  The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Transfer of Colours Service at St James’ Church, Weybridge; by invitation of the Mayor’s Chaplain, The Reverend Canon Nigel Nicholson CF DL.

Monday 21 October

17:45  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Catalyst Information Event at Orange Court, Guildford.

Tuesday 22 October

12:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Abbot’s Hospital’s 400th Anniversary Lunch, at Abbot’s Hospital, High Street, Guildford.

Thursday 24 October

10:00 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the official launch of Tunsgate Quarter’s Revo Tour of Guildford at the Guildhall, Guildford.

18:30  The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Guildford Roll of Honour Dinner at the Guildhall, Guildford.

Friday 25 October

10:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Royal British Legion Poppy Launch at the Lightbox, Woking.

18:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Charity Quiz Night at the Hersham Community Centre, Hersham; by invitation of the Mayor of Elmbridge, Councillor Mary Sheldon. All proceeds from this event will go to Councillor Sheldon’s chosen charities.

Saturday 26 October

19:15  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends a charity concert in aid of MIND at St Joseph’s Church, Guildford.
