15:00              The Mayor visits Mrs Rosina Key at Pilgrim Wood Residential Home, Guildford, in celebration of Mrs Key’s 100th Birthday.

Sunday 17 August

10:15             The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, accompanied by her Consort, Mr Paul Tyson, attends the West Clandon Royal British Legion VJ Day Drumhead Service at their premises in West Clandon.

17:45             The Deputy Mayor and Consort attend the Evenson to Commemorate VJ Day at Guildford Cathedral.

Thursday 21 August

18:30             The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress and family, visits Guildford Archery Club, Normandy, for archery practice head of the Mayor shooting the first arrow of the Acorn Tournament on Bank Holiday Monday, 25 August 2025.

Bank Holiday Monday, 25 August

09:00             The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress and family, attends the Guildford Archery Club, Normandy, where the Mayor will shoot the first arrow in the Acorn Tournament.

14:00             The Mayor, Mayoress and family attend the Guildford Wey Rotary for a Charity Music Event at Gosden House School, Bramley.

Saturday 30 August

17:00             The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress and family, officially opens the Guildford Flames Opening Match at Guildford Spectrum, Parkway, Guildford.
