Monday 4 November

16:00             The Mayor visits the Cards for Good Causes Christmas Card shop at St Nicolas’ Church, Bury Street, Guildford.

16:15             The Mayor attends the Guildford in Bloom Supporter and Sponsors Thank you at St Nicolas’ Church, Bury Street, Guildford.

Wednesday 6 November

16:50             The Mayor attends the Guildford College launch of their new Digital Skills Centre at Guildford College, Guildford.

Thursday 7 November

09:45             The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, attends the Grand Opening of the new DT Room at Pond Meadow School, Guildford.

10:20             The Mayor attends the Merrist Wood College Remembrance Service, followed by a Ground Breaking Ceremony at Merrist Wood College, Guildford.

19:00             The Mayor attends the Samaritans, Guildford’s Annual General Meeting at the Holiday Inn, Guildford.

Friday 8 November

12:00             The Mayor joins fellow Councillors, Honorary Aldermen, and other Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal volunteers in the High Street, to collect donations for this year’s Poppy Appeal.

19:00             The Mayor joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Rushmoor’s Charity Show at Rushmoor Borough Council, Farnborough.

Saturday 9 November

10:00             The Mayor joins fellow Councillors, Honorary Aldermen, and other Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal volunteers in the High Street, to collect donations for this year’s Poppy Appeal.

16:30             The Mayor attends the Guildford Fire Station’s Veteran’s Hub Remembrance Afternoon Tea, at Guildford Fire Station, Ladymead, Guildford.

19:15             The Mayor, accompanied by a friend, attends the Guildford Choral Society’s Elijah by Felux Mendelssohn Concert at G Live, Guildford.

Sunday 10 November

09:00             The Mayor arrives at the Guildhall to lead the Council procession to Holy Trinity Church for the annual Borough Service of Remembrance.  Following the service the procession will join representatives from local Service Organisations as they proceed to the Castle Grounds for the wreath-laying ceremony at both war memorials.

10:55             The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, attends the County Service of Remembrance at Guildford Cathedral.

14:15             The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Remembrance Day Parade and Service at the War Memorial in Send.

Monday 11 November

10:30             The Mayor attends the Guildhall to mark Armistice Day and observe the two-minute silence from the Guildhall balcony at 11am.

Wednesday 13 November

16:50             The Mayor attends the Surrey Hills National Landscape unveiling and symposium at the University Surrey Lakeside Restaurant, Guildford.

Thursday 14 November

10:50             The Mayor attends the Hogs Back Motorbike Chapter Food Bank Ride to North Guildford Food Bank at St Clare’s Church, Guildford.

16:00             The Mayor attends the opening of the Guildford Institute’s Counselling Resource Centre, Ward Street, Guildford.

Friday 15 November

12:00             The Mayor attends the VIP Opening of the Mill Court Care Home, Guildford.

12:15             The Deputy Mayor attends the Celebration of 125th Anniversary of F G Barnes at Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford.

Sunday 17 November

10;00             The Mayor welcomes a delegation from Dongying, China, at the Guildhall, Guildford.

14:40             The Mayor attends the Guildford and Godalming Interfaith Week Event at Guildford United Reformed Church, Guildford.
