Moped Rider Sustains Serious Injuries in Collision on the Guildford to Woking Road

A woman moped rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries on Thursday evening (November 30)  after a collision with a car.

Surrey Police are now appealing for witnesses to the accident involving a red Volkswagen Polo and the rider of a white Yamaha moped in Sutton Green.

The collision occurred at around 5pm on the A320 at the junction between Whitmore Lane and Guildford Road near Mayfields Garden Centre. All three emergency services attended.
