Motorists Advised to Avoid the A3 Following Collision

Motorists are being asked to avoid the A3 following a collision involving two lorries at Thursley just before 2pm today (August 30).

An articulated lorry overturned after colliding with a trailer lorry carrying plant machinery on the southbound carriageway.

Both drivers suffered shock and minor injuries following the incident.
The southbound carriageway remains closed while vehicle recovery takes place and emergency services continue to deal with the incident.
