New Hub Aiming to Get Empty Properties Open for Community Use

Burpham Community Hub (part of Burpham Wellbeing) is a new co-operative seeking to manage empty properties in the area for which Guildford Borough Council is responsible.

It is inviting people to participate in a survey and will use the findings to create a community charter.

It says: “We are working hard to get Guildford Borough Council to enable us to open these facilities for the community and this survey will guide what we do when we succeed.”

Click here for more details and the survey on the Burpham Wellbeing website.

Burpham Wellbeing and Burpham Wellfest have been shortlisted in the Little Ankle Biters awards.
