Set against the wintry backdrop of the Watts woodland, start your festive celebrations with the sights, sounds and smells of the Watts Gallery Artists’ Village celtic-themed Christmas Weekend, inspired by Mary Watts’ Celtic crafts.
On Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1, visitors can choose from a variety of crafting activities, including creating a set of mini Celtic crackers, making a winter wreath with sustainable fabric, making Christmas cards and miniature pinecone Christmas trees and much more.
Other activities include an opportunity to meet Father Christmas, and an Advent Calendar Trail to find hidden Celtic symbols.
Carolling, bagpipes and bell-ringing performances will also take place across the weekend.,
Drop into the Watts Shop to buy gifts and stocking fillers and visit the Makers’ Market for craft stalls.
Entry for adults is £13, Friends £6.50 and under 18s are free.
