Guildford Lions Club is holding its popular classic car display in the High Street on Sunday, April 26, and there’s still time to register your car to attend.

The Lions say there will be up to 80 classic cars on display and that it promises to be both spectacular and popular.

Pre-1985 (ie tax exempt) cars will be welcome: be they veteran, vintage, classic, or other exceptional cars.

To register a car for the event, click here on the Guildford Lions Club’s website.

The club points out that with limited space there is no turning up on the day and it’s best to register as soon as possible.

About 60 cars have already been registered with others promised.

The High Street will be closed to other traffic during the event that is from 10am to 4pm.

While the event is free for visitors, Guildford Lions hope, as always, that it can raise funds for the community from a raffle and traditional bucket collections on the day.
