Voluntary Action South West Surrey is hosting a trustee training mini conference for charities and organisations on Tuesday, March 24.

Titled The Essentials of Effective Governance, Trustee Recruitment and Networking, it takes place at the Wilfrid Noyce Centre in Godalming.

It features a half-day of workshops, presentations and networking around the topic of trustee training.

Whether you or your voluntary group, charity or community sector organisation is looking at trustee recruitment or retention, or issues around governance, the conference will offer fresh ideas, practical tools, and new partnerships.

Tickets for the event are free, but there is a ticketing process to monitor capacity.
