Notice: Volunteer Marshals Needed For Surrey Half Marathon

Volunteers are needed to help this year’s Surrey Half Marathon.

The Mercer Surrey Half is welcoming all eager volunteers to help out on Sunday, September 26.

Whether you want to cheer on runners around the course as a marshal, help out at the start or finish line, or hand out drinks at a water station, this event only comes round once a year.

The 13.1 mile run will follow a professionally marked and measured single loop along fully-closed roads from central Woking into the surrounding countryside, with live performances from local bands, aid stations and cheering spectators along the way.
