Police Appeal for Witnesses to Wisley Fatality to Come Forward

Surrey Police is appealing for four people who stopped to help the victim of a fatal collision in Wisley on Friday (October 13), to come forward and assist with their ongoing investigation.

A 77-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene following the single-vehicle collision, which took place around 3.55pm on Wisley Lane, near to junction 10 of the M25 at the A3.

Wisley Lane was closed near to the entrance with Wisley Gardens for several hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.

Sergeant Jamie Dann from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Four people stopped to help the victim following the collision on Friday afternoon. Sadly, the victim died and our thoughts are with his loved ones at this difficult time.

“Unfortunately the people who stopped did not leave us their details and we would like to speak to them as part of our ongoing investigation into this incident. If you are one of these people, or you know who they are, please contact us as soon as possible.”
