Police Officer Charged with Misconduct

A Surrey Police officer has been charged with one count of misconduct in a public office.

Ross Martin, 34, who is based at Guildford, was charged on October 29 and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 26.

The matter was reported to Surrey Police in February.

Ross Martin remains suspended from policing duties.
