Boss Barbers has opened up at 1 Jeffries Passage, next to the library on North Street.

Selim Demir, one of the Boss barbers, said: “We are a completely different, Turkish barbers with all Turkish staff.

“Every haircut, you get ear flame to remove the tiny hairs, and finished off with a razor. Wet shaving includes hot towel and a Turkish face massage.

His colleague, Medi Hasan, said: “We have had a great reception here in Guildford, everybody has been really friendly. I look forward to cutting hair for lots of people.”
