Welcome Desk Receptionist Volunteer Role at Guildford Action

Guildford Action, with its homeless day service and family outreach team based at the Beverley Hall Community Centre in Haydon Place, has a volunteer role for a receptionist at its welcome desk.

You will be the welcoming face at Guildford Action where it support individuals and families with multiple disadvantages.

Duties to include signing-in clients and visitors, establishing what their needs are, updating staff, answering calls / taking messages, collating lunch lists and occasional other admin duties.

This will help Guildford Action to create a warm and welcoming environment for all.

Hours needed to cover are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2pm, and happy to take anything in those hours.
