Who Is The Guildford Flasher? – Police Appeal For Information

exposing himself in Guildford.

Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a number of incidents where a man has exposed himself to women. Incidents have occurred in the vicinity of Salt Box Road, Jacobs Well Road and Ferry Lane, Guildford.

The two most recent incidents, in the area of Ferry Lane and Jacobs Well Road, occurred mid-morning on Monday, 21 and Tuesday, 22 May.

The offender is described as white, around 5ft 10” tall, approximately 20 years old, slim build with short dark hair and, in the last incident, was seen wearing dark trousers and a dark top. He has been seen with a light coloured push bike.

PC Leanne Huddy who is investigating said: “These are disturbing incidents for the victims who are simply going about their everyday business, and is completely unacceptable in our communities.

“We are carrying out a thorough investigation to find out who this man is and I would urge people to come forward with information. If you recognise the man from the e-Fit attached or the description given or if you know anything about these offences please get in touch.”

A police spokesperson added: “If you saw anything or you have any information, call Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference number PR/45180053214/45180053326. Alternatively if you would prefer not to leave your name, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
