The Mayor of Guildford, Cllr Diana Lockyer-Nibbs officially opened the offices of Winkworth Estate Agents at 1 Epsom Road in Guildford last Friday. She said: “A new estate agent moving into Guildford is a sign of optimism for the local economy and an indication that the housing market is improving.”

James Quantrell, Director of Winkworth Guildford said: “We are a customer service driven agent within a competitive market and are looking for special properties to sell and let. Business networking company, The Best of Guildford, have also moved into 1 Epsom Road taking up office space above Winkworth.
