Witness Appeal Following Serious Collision in Puttenham

Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Puttenham in August.

Officers were called to the A31 slip road westbound on Puttenham Hill on Monday, August 11, at around 9.20am following reports of a collision involving the driver of a car and the rider of a motorcycle.

The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital for treatment. He was later confirmed to have serious injuries.

No arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing.

A police spokesperson said; “We are now seeking further information to establish the circumstances which led to this collision. Were you in the area around Puttenham Hill between 9.20am and 9.25am on Monday, 11 August? Did you see anything that may assist our investigation, or have any CCTV, dashcam, or helmet cam footage that might have captured all or part of this incident?
