Castle Green Bowler Lynn Smith Really Is Champion of Champions!

Castle Green Bowling Club held its annual presentation dinner with Lynn Smith making it a club first by being not only Ladies Champion, but Champion of Champions as well.
The evening was held at Guildford’s Holiday Inn and the prizes were presented by the Mayor of Guildford, Gordon Jackson, who was accompanied by his wife Sue.
The Mayor of Guildford, Gordon Jackson, presents Lynn Smith with the Champion of Champions Trophy.
The mayor presents the Ladies Captain Cup to Dorothy Newman, with ladies captain Hazel Tappenden pictured right.
The pairs winners were Fran Webster and Ann Lewis.
The Ladies Championship Runner-up was Ann Lewis.
The Handicap Cup Runner-up was Brian West.
