Collision on the Hog’s Back – Witnesses Required

Police Officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious two vehicle road traffic collision at around 12.04am on Friday, 25 May.

The incident happened at the A31 Hog’s Back junction, where it meets the top of Farnham Road in Guildford and involved a grey Ford Focus and a silver Renault Clio.

Two 18-year-olds travelling in the Renault Clio were injured in the collision, one of whom sustained serious head injuries.  Both women were initially taken to the Royal Surrey County Hospital, but one was later transferred to St Georges Hospital in Tooting.  The other teenager suffered a broken arm.

The 33-year-old driver of the Ford Focus suffered minor injury and shock but he did not require hospital treatment.
