Surrey commercial property agents Owen Shipp and Wadham & Isherwood have merged to become Owen Isherwood bringing together two of Surrey’s market-leading agencies, said director, Alex Bellion.
He said the merger will build on the already exceptional service by expanding the team to six surveyors, a graduate and two administration staff and increasing the already exceptional local market knowledge offered by the two firms.
Owen Isherwood is now one of the largest independent commercial property agencies covering Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire with more than 350,000 sq ft. of commercial space currently on the market or under offer.
Alex Bellion of Owen Shipp said that with market confidence returning, it was a fantastic opportunity to build their reputation as market leaders. Owen Isherwood will continue to help companies and investors secure commercial property in: Guildford, Godalming, Cranleigh, Woking and the rest of Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.
As part of the merger the company has created a new logo and website under the branding of Owen Isherwood. The new website www.owenisherwood.com provides a place for clients and new applicants to easily view available properties and register on-going requirements.
Alex Bellion added: “We are delighted to join forces with Mark Isherwood and Peter Da Silva from Wadham & Isherwood who bring in excess of 30 years’ experience to the new firm. Coming together as one team means we will be able to elevate the customer experience with an even greater market knowledge, expertise and a tailored service to meet our client’s needs.”
Mark Isherwood, director of Wadham & Isherwood commented: “After 35 years based in Guildford, we are delighted to be joining forces with the respected team at Owen Shipp and creating a new firm that can service all areas of commercial property needs for landlords and tenants alike throughout the south east and West London. Our collective range of experience should ensure excellent continued advice and service to existing and future clients.”
