Guildford City’s new manager Carl Taylor will bring stability to the football club within a month of the season starting, he confidently tells Ian Plested, who conduct’s the joint Dragon sponsored interviews at the club.

In an assured, confidence-inspiring media performance the experienced new manager explains how he will set about his task and how he wants all sections of the club to be involved, team, management and fans as a family.

Guildford City is one of the “biggest [non league] historical clubs with the best support base” Carl says and he wants to help realise its potential. He also talks about the influence of money at this level of football, player motivation, his track record and how he hopes to strengthen the relationship to the club’s youth teams.
