Letter: Are the PCC Candidates Relying on Their Party Labels?

I would like to thank The Dragon for the CVs of candidates for PCCs.

Living with a registered postal voter, I struggled to find any details of those standing. Are these candidates relying just on their party labels – including the Independent or are they going to do their electorate the courtesy of some information about their intentions? I suspect not.

The turnout will be abysmal. Why go out to vote for any of them, this will in all probability the last we hear of them, until next time? Democracy in action only if you read The Dragon.
