This is indeed wicked. As a volunteer driver of the Horsley community bus, I have driven many very elderly residents (one 102-year-old) to Superdrug and elsewhere. They would not have been able to make the climb.

The argument of Cllr Steel is risible, given those same passengers will soon need to return for their booster jabs. Many will fall outside the April 1 to 11 window. SCC should be thoroughly ashamed.
