In response to: Covid Update: No Sign of Covid Infection Rate Peaking

It is good news about Covid patients in hospital not requiring ventilation beds. Basically, numbers are lower than they used to be (just above one per cent of the population in Guildford borough) and resulting in milder symptoms.

Long waiting lists in some departments on the NHS at the Royal Surrey Hospital, they really need to sort it out. A friend of mine has recently had a serious health issue and they told her that the first available appointment will be in the summer which is not good, especially if you have something serious.

If the Royal Surrey doesn’t have any earlier appointments she should be passed on to another hospital that does.

Also, a lot of people are going around Guildford and Godalming with dreadful coughs and no masks. Please, if you are ill, stay at home.
