In response to: GBC ‘Planning Breach’ Causes Flooding Ordeal for Ash Vale Residents

I live in Wellington Place and am disappointed and beyond frustrated with the failure of the relevant authorities to right a wrong and ensure its residents are safe.

The regular flooding means that our land is not safe. The poor developments and failure to intervene has put our homes at risk.

Valuations of our properties will drop and our health could suffer.

We are not being heard or respected by council representatives or developers. I am angry, let down and exasperated.
