In response to: Meet the New Joint CEO Part 2: ‘My Maxim Will Be: No Surprises’

I am seeking a council that prioritises active listening and thoughtful decision-making over grandiose and impractical proposals.

I value efficiency and effectiveness, and I believe that a council should be able to accomplish its tasks with minimal resource expenditure.

Reliability, honesty, and common sense are essential qualities that I seek in a council.

While innovation is important, I caution against pursuing flashy or overly ambitious projects that may not be practical or beneficial.
