In response to: Thames Water Responds to Questions and Says 90% of Affected Homes Now With Water

Even though most people, including me, may not understand the detail, I would like to hear Thames Water give a more detailed explanation of the “technical issue”.

There will probably be one or two people with a background in engineering who will be able to say either that sounds plausible or it’s complete gibberish.

Just saying it’s a technical issue gives the impression that there is some economy with the truth.
