Julie Iles tries to pass the buck to the current GBC administration but any Guilfordian knows exactly who pushed the Local Plan through for Guildford and how close to the Guildford Borough Council election it was. Now we Guildfordians are saddled with it.

I’m not interested in the political point scoring. I would just like Guildford to be a good place to live, as anybody does, wherever they live.

Whoever is a Surrey County Councillor, whatever part of the borough they represent, I ask them to please work together for the good of the people who live here and remember you represent the electorate, ie your residents, not a party. Then you might get it right.
