In response to: Something Is Very Wrong with Planning at GBC

“Something wrong with Guildford planning” – well Cllr Spooner should know! 80,000 comments on the Local Plan ignored and the failed Pop Up Village under his “oversight”.

Now there is a water shortage, electricity shortage, inadequate sewage treatment, the Weyside Urban Village project over budget by more than £25 million before the first foundation has been laid, forced inadequate parking on new homes with no matching increase in bus capacity and service, inadequate Road capacity, the Walnut Bridge fiasco, the lost Tumbling Bay Weir bridge, and the unwanted and unneeded London Road cycle lane.

Something wrong with “planning” in Guildford? Wow, what an understatement!
