In response to: After a Week of Controversy – GBC Issues Statement on Ash Road Bridge

GBC’s lack of foresight in issuing statements before fully understanding the scope of the delays is a glaring example of poor project management.

It is wholly unacceptable that GBC allowed confusion to fester, only to release a vague and convoluted statement days later, leaving residents even more frustrated.

The public should never be left to piece together critical information from conflicting sources, particularly when the consequences impact daily life and cause significant disruptions.

Instead of offering clarity, their latest statement raises more questions than it answers, further demonstrating the council’s failure to communicate effectively and take responsibility for the mess they’ve created.
