In response to: West Surrey Council, Once In Power, Will Be Able to Overturn GBC Decisions on the New Local Plan

Thanks to Mr Allen for bringing something constructive and helpful to the table. Yes we are covering the politics of old ground, but history and experience is what teaches and guides us when we are discussing this next generation of national planning policy, Local Plan development and local government reform.

Mr Allen is always worth listening to and I agree with him that unless all water, power and also road infrastructure is in place we are on a hiding to nothing if we keep chucking housing in without thought.

People change slower than technology. Best to bring everyone on board than impose.
