Guildford Cathedral will be holding its annual Christmas Fair on Friday and Saturday, November 20 and 21, offering shoppers the chance to discover a varied collection of independent makers, artisans and specialist retailers.
Open from 10am to 4pm on both days, and held inside the Cathedral, the fair will feature more than 50 carefully selected independent stalls, bringing together a diverse range of gifts, crafts and seasonal treats.
Visitors can browse arts and craft pieces, home décor, independent fashion and jewellery, luxury food and drink, and a wide variety of distinctive Christmas gifts that are not typically found on the high street.
A Christmas Fair with a bigger future
The 2026 event marks an important step towards an ambitious expansion already being planned for 2027.
Following the success and growing interest in the Cathedral’s Christmas Fair, Guildford Cathedral is planning a much larger Christmas shopping event across two weekends in November 2027.
The expanded event is expected to bring together a significantly larger number of independent traders, makers, designers, food and drink producers and Christmas specialists, creating a major seasonal destination for shoppers from Guildford, Surrey and beyond.
The two-weekend format will give visitors more opportunities to attend, while allowing the event to showcase an even broader range of exhibitors and products within the Cathedral’s distinctive setting.
Further details about the 2027 Christmas Fair, including exhibitor opportunities, visitor information and the full programme, will be announced in due course.
