Notice: Youngsters Can Be A ‘TV Star’ For A Week

Places are still available for Surrey Youth Theatre’s summer workshops – a five-day TV course where students will produce their very own television programme.

Join Cbeebies star Simon Davies for the workshop in which budding stars will learn all the tricks of the trade including presenting, interviewing, acting, vox pops, scriptwriting, autocue, reporting and filming on location.

No experience necessary, all abilities welcome, learn new skills and make new friends.

Cost £175 per child including a DVD of the final programme (sibling discount available).

Locally workshops are being held at Guildford’s United Reformed Church from August 1 to 5, and at the Wilfrid Noyce Centre in Godalming From August 22 to 26.
