Plan To Redevelop Former Hotel Site Gets Go-ahead

Planning permission has been granted for the development of nine, two-bedroom apartments on the site of Quinn’s Hotel in Epsom Road, Guildford.

Regional planning manager James Amos of developer Shanley Homes said: “We would like to thank all those who took the time to contribute feedback, as we are now able to deliver a scheme that meets the needs of local planners and addresses the housing needs of the Guildford community.

“We are looking forward to commencing work on the new building, which will be built to a traditional design in keeping with the early to mid 20-century designs of many of the neighbouring homes.”
