Many will agree that Guildford Museum is a priceless asset to the town, but is in urgent need of a suitable revamp to meet the needs of a modern place where local history can be learned and its unique collection of archaeological are items conserved.
The council-owned Guildford Museum is inviting people share their views in an online survey this month. It is easy to fill in, will only take a few minutes and you won’t be asked for your personal details.
The team at the museum are looking for feedback on the type of displays, activities and events people would like to see when they visit, plus any additional features visitors might enjoy.
Even if you’ve never been, your views along the lines of what kind of thing would make you consider a visit are being sought.
Guildford Borough Council is planning to make changes to the museum and hopes data from the survey will help support a new application for Heritage Lottery funding which will be submitted later this year.

If you are unable to complete the survey online, call the council on 01483 505050, and a copy will be posted to you.
