“Guildford has really welcomed the new Carla Scarpa shop to the town,” said its manager, Samantha White.

“We are in a great location here. Business has been steady and improving all the time since we opened on June 1.”

Carla Scarpa for shoes and handbags has opened a shop at 94 High Street, Guildford.

And with the Carla Scarpa brand being known for “elegant, fashion-forward women’s footwear and handbags, crafted from the most exquisite Italian leather and suede”, the new shop fits in well with the neighbouring high-end shops on the famous high street.

Samantha had been working in shoes retail for nearly 18 years and she said she “loved greeting the customers and making sure they are really happy”.

“We’ve got something for everybody, all ages, quality leather classic and fashion shoes, boots and bags. You can find you perfect pair in our vast range of Italian leather boots, ankle boots, loafers and trainers.”

She pointed out the Savita ankle boots saying they were “going well at the moment. There is five colours to choose from and all naturally dyed.”

The popular Savita range of ankle boots were “going well” at the new Carla Scarpa shop in Guildford High Street.

Supervisor Teresa Sims said: “Guildford is great place to sell quality shoes especially as Carla Scarpa is a high end product. We love working here. We are people people and it’s nice to sell quality.

“So come and see us, we are sure we have something that will please you.”

There is a sale on now with up to 50%t off, so there is plenty of opportunities for a great bargain.
