Spirit Health Club and BHF Mark A Big Day

Spirit health club based at Guildford’s Holiday Inn hotel will be welcoming members and fundraisers of the Guildford and Godalming branch of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) on Friday, February 6, at its Wear It, Beat It event.

Local BHF branch members will be learning how to get fit and will be showing awareness of heart disease.

Branch chairman Shirley West said: “We hope to have a successful day and once again thank Spirit health club and the Holiday Inn for all their support for the British Heart Foundation.”
