Ash Public Event To Focus On Understanding Flooding Risk

Ash Parish Council is to hold a public information event on Thursday, March 5, to discuss flood risk in the area.

The event, which will take place from 3pm-7pm in the Ash Centre, will concentrate on:

• Understanding the risk of flooding locally. Maps modelling the risk from abnormal rainfall and its impact of rivers. Maps showing ditches/drains/culverts and flow.
• How to report incidents.
• What to do to prepare for a flood. What to do in the event of a flood.
