In response to: How the Council is Handling Lockdown and the Covid Jabs

I for one have been incredibly grateful for the support I have received from Guildford Borough Council. How sad that others want to criticise and belittle those who have done so much to help people during this very difficult time.

I had no one to collect my prescriptions or do my shopping and getting an online slot from a supermarket was a nightmare, despite being on the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable list.

I’m very self-sufficient most of the time and can make a little go a long way, but drugs that keep me alive can’t be rationed. So a huge thank you GBC and to the kind people who have collected my prescriptions over the past few months.
