Well done to those who correctly identified the vintage picture featured in the previous post, it being one of the two Stoke Bridges on the A320 Woking Road. It’s the one that spans the River Wey Navigation, the other spans the channel of water that goes through to Stoke Mill.
The wooden bench in the shape of an oak leaf can be found on Pewley Down.

The vintage picture this time (a postcard view postmarked 1955) shows a rather impressive building. Its name is also that of the village where it can be found, roughly a few miles to the south-east of Guildford. Its chimneys offer a clue.
The quirky picture this time is one I took the other evening as it was getting dark, so it’s slightly fuzzy! It’s a fairly new addition and is in front of some apartments.
To see it, you’ll probably have to be parking your car while making an onward or returning journey.
If you know the answers and perhaps can add some more details, please leave a reply in the box below. I’ll give the answers in about two week’s time (hopefully) with the next images.
And please remember to include your full name in the reply box.

The old picture is Albury Park.
Looking at G maps’ aerial view it appears to be the back of the house and the flower beds now look like a parterre garden and the half moon bed has gone although the tree looks to be the same or is at least mature looking.
I will have a guess that the fence is now between the railway station car park and Walnut Tree Close.

I think the house is Albury Park Mansion.

The postcard view shows Albury House.
I spotted the quirky fencing as I arrived at Guildford by train; it’s next to the Station View apartments.

This is a real shot in the dark for ‘Where is this? No.290’.
Albury Park mansion?
I have no other details and my half-remembered image of the place may be completely wrong.

A bit of a long shot but I think the 1950s postcard scene may be the mansion at Albury Place as it looked back then.

The post card picture is of Albury House.
The quirky feature is the fencing between the town rail station car park and the newly built apartments
