Art For Sale to Raise Funds for the Guildford Institute

There is a chance to buy works of art by local artists at a fundraising exhibition at the Guildford Institute in Ward Street from September 11 to 14.

the artists have donated work to the institute for it tosale, with profits going to its redevelopment plans.

The official opening of the exhibition takes place between 7.45pm and 9.15pm on Tuesday, September 11, which includes a recital by young musicians at 6pm. Admission is free, with a retiring collection in aid of the redevelopment project. It will be attended by the institute’s patron, Lady Gay Shepperd, and the Deputy Mayor of Guildford, Pauline Searle.
