What do you know about Local Government reorganisation and Surrey’s legacy debt issue?

Probably, as a Dragon reader, more than most. But we went to find out what some of Guildford’s men and women in the street knew.

Most, if not all, started by saying they knew very little but when questioned further views some trenchant were revealed.
