From Pauline Searle

Lib Dem borough councillor for Stoughton

Jenny Jordan will be sadly missed by all that knew her.

I was lucky to be her deputy on both occasions she was Mayor of Guildford. She was lovely to be with, with a gentle sense of humour and we became good friends. Very happy times for us both.

She was a real community local councillor, taking an interest in all that happened, not only in her ward but also in wider Guildford, the town she and I have lived in all our lives.

She had very many active interests she was a Guide Leader for a very long time, a voluntary visitor at a local care home and a trustee, patron and committee member of many charities,

A lovely sweet lady that achieved so much in her quiet way.

Now with her Beloved Ralph. Rest in peace.
