Notice: Ripley Annual Christmas Fair

The annual Ripley Christmas Fair will take place this year on Sunday, December 1 from noon to 4pm in Ripley High Street.

Stalls will sell a variety of festive fare including jewellery, Christmas gifts, cakes and confectionery, as well as hot food.

There will be entertainment and fairground rides on the Green and Father Christmas and his elves will be in his new grotto in the courtyard of Ripley Guitars, opposite Richardson’s. Every child visiting him will receive a gift.

Father Christmas then takes centre stage in the Grand Procession along the High Street, accompanied by the local Harley-Davidson riders at 3.40pm, before switching on the Ripley Christmas lights at approximately 4pm on the steps of The Clock House Restaurant.

A Grand Draw will be held immediately afterwards, with over 20 prizes. Raffle tickets are £1 each and are available at Richardson’s and at the Fair on the day.
