On Wednesday, July 16, Castle Green Bowling Club CGBC played a friendly triples match at home against Bramley: CGBC won by 72-60. For the most part it was a very even game. It was also very friendly. And the weather stayed fine.

On Sunday, July 20, CGBC played a friendly triples game at home against Hersham Village; CGBC lost by 39-46. The weather stayed fine, partly cloudy with some sunshine, and rather humid. It was a very friendly occasion.
