Luke McWhinnie

Surrey Police is appealing for help to find 34-year-old Luke McWhinnie from Guildford who is wanted for failing to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court.

McWhinnie, is described as white, of medium build, 5’10” tall with blue eyes. He is known to have links to Guildford, Burpham, Merrow and Slyfield.
