Can You Help Surrey Police Find Wanted Man?

Surrey Police are appealing for help to find 39-year-old Joseph Barnes from Guildford.

He is wanted on recall to prison for breach of his licence conditions. Joseph is described as white, around 5ft 10” tall with short, black hair.

He was last seen wearing a light blue long-sleeved jumper, light blue jogging bottoms, white Nike shoes and carrying a crutch.
